Outbound, run as a system

Meetings with the buyers in your market, booked for you.

You don't pay us anything until the first meeting. We map your whole market, grade every account against the customers you already won, reach them by email and LinkedIn, and answer every positive reply within 10 minutes.

How we find your buyers

Your whole market first. The accounts that are moving go to the front.

We grade every account against the deals you have already won, so the companies that look most like your best customers hear from you first.

Your whole market

Every company that fits, mapped from public and licensed registers and graded A to D. It reaches the quiet majority of your market, the buyers who leave no public signal.

Conferences

When your buyers gather at an event, we reach the room.

Signals

Companies in the buying window, each backed by a public record you can open and read. New signal accounts arrive as the registers update, and they get the first emails.

Walk through the full approach

How we reach them

In your name, on the channels your buyers read.

  1. Email and LinkedIn, from our infrastructure

We send in your name from domains, inboxes and profiles we run, with the reach to cover your entire market.

  2. You approve the first sequence in Slack

The angles and the first sequence arrive in your Slack channel with an Approve button before the first send.

  3. Everything stays in view

Every reply and every answer shows in your Slack. A weekly digest and a dashboard show what went out, what came back and what is booked.

Every positive reply answered within 10 minutes, and followed up until the meeting is on your calendar.

Our team answers in your channel, and you can step in at any time.

Proof

A sports technology company, where a single deal can run six figures.

The same approach: signals stacked per company, and every account graded against the deals they had already won.

In their first five and a half months: about half of all their new pipeline, $1.2 million from 88 meetings.

Then, from April to June alone, $468,000 in closed revenue.

Ways to work with us

Three ways in. Each one pays when it lands.

Start with meetings, with the data behind them, or with the costs you want to cut.

Growth

Meetings with your buyers

You don't pay us anything until the first meeting.

You put a deposit on your card and we earn it down meeting by meeting. If no meeting lands, the deposit comes back in full. If you stop, the unused part comes back.

Your price per meeting follows from what a new customer is worth to you.

Data feed

The buyers in your market, as data

One flat monthly price, month to month.

One tracked market or signal, cut to your fit. Each row carries the company, the public record and its date, the grade, and the named decision-makers with a validated email. Delivered as the source updates.

Efficiency

Lower costs with AI

Paid from a share of what you save.

We read your spend and manual work, then put a cheaper model or tool in place of an expensive one, or an off-the-shelf AI tool on work done by hand, with a proof of concept before any switch.

How it starts

From the video to your graded market in week one

Your customer list tells us who your market is, so onboarding runs on one form and one Approve button.

  1. Watch the video

How we find, reach and book your buyers, in a few minutes.

  2. Estimate your price

The calculator under the video estimates your price per meeting and your deposit.

  3. Book a call

We confirm your price and deposit, and you put the deposit on your card.

  4. Send your customer list

Your whole market is mapped and graded in week one, and the first sequence lands in Slack for approval.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Anything else, ask us on a call.

When do we pay?

You put a deposit on your card, and we earn it down by your meeting price for each meeting. If no meeting lands, the deposit comes back in full. As it runs down, your card is charged for the next batch.

How is the price set?

From what a new customer is worth to you in their first year. The calculator under the video estimates your price per meeting and your deposit, and the call confirms it.

What counts as a meeting?

The right buyer, booked by us, or by your point of contact after we hand off a positive reply whose buyer asked something only you can answer. A rescheduled meeting counts; a no-show does not.

What if we stop?

The unused part of your deposit comes back. The graded market list we built for you is yours to keep.

Who answers the replies?

Our team, within 10 minutes, followed up until the meeting is on your calendar. Every reply and every answer shows in your Slack, and you can step in whenever you like.

What do you need from us?

Your customer list on day one, in any format. An Approve or Edit on the first sequence. The names of anyone to leave out, such as current customers and open deals. And someone to take the meetings we book.

Whose domains and inboxes send the email?

Ours. We buy the domains, set up and warm the inboxes, run the LinkedIn profiles, and keep them healthy, so your own mailbox stays untouched.

How large a market can you cover?

Your entire market. We have the infrastructure to reach every account that fits, and a very large market is a conversation for the call.

Who owns what?

Your brand, your customer list, the replies from your prospects and the copy we write for you are yours, and so is the graded market. Control Flow keeps its software, templates, methods and sending infrastructure.

Your whole market, graded, and meetings on your calendar. Nothing to pay until the first one.
