Control Flow Service Terms
Effective 7 November 2026
1. What you buy. Control Flow offers three services. Your order, or the written terms we send you, names the one you buy and its price.
- Growth: meetings with the buyers in your market, paid per meeting from a deposit.
- Data feed: the buyers in your market as data, at one flat monthly price, month to month.
- Efficiency: lower costs through AI implementation, paid from a share of what you save.
2. Growth: the deposit. You put a deposit on your card, and we earn it down by your meeting price for each meeting. If no meeting lands, the deposit comes back in full. As the deposit runs down, your card is charged for the next batch. If you stop, the unused part of the deposit comes back, prorated. Your price per meeting and your deposit are confirmed with you before you start.
3. Growth: what counts as a meeting. A meeting is the right buyer, booked by Control Flow, or by your point of contact after we hand off a positive reply whose buyer asked something only you can answer. A rescheduled meeting counts. A no-show does not.
4. Growth: what the deposit buys. Your whole market from public and licensed registers, graded A to D against your closed-won customers, and the graded list is yours to keep. Signal accounts first, with new ones as the registers update. Conference campaigns when your buyers gather at an event. Email and LinkedIn in your name from Control Flow's infrastructure, with the first sequence approved in your Slack before the first send. Every positive reply our team can answer gets an answer within 10 minutes, followed up until the meeting is on your calendar. Everything visible in your Slack, with a weekly digest and a dashboard.
5. Data feed. One tracked market or signal, cut to your fit. Each row carries the company, the public record and its date, the grade, and the named decision-makers with a validated email, delivered as the source updates. Billed monthly, month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date; the feed runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and payments are final.
6. Efficiency. We read your spend and manual work and set up existing tools: a cheaper model or tool in place of an expensive one, or an off-the-shelf AI tool on work done by hand, with a proof of concept before any switch. Nothing is charged up front. Control Flow is paid a share of the realised saving, measured as what you spent on that work before against after, for a fixed period. The share and the period are set in writing for each engagement.
7. Support. Support runs through your Slack channel, where everything lives. Prefer email? Write to us and it becomes a ticket.
- Your questions are answered within one business day.
- Changes you ask for (targeting, wording, pacing) are batched and made once a week, and we post what changed in your channel.
- Each engagement includes 60 minutes of support time a month for questions and changes, logged in your weekly digest. Requests beyond it roll into the next month.
8. What you do. Send your customer list on day one. Approve or edit the first sequence within two business days. Take the meetings we book. Tell us anyone to leave out of your campaigns. You are responsible for the claims your campaigns make about your business, and you confirm you have the right to everything you give us.
9. Working together. Every message we send is lawful, truthful and in your own name. We keep the relationship respectful on both sides: abusive messages to our team, requests to break this section, or repeated requests beyond these terms after one written reminder are a breach of these terms. On a breach we may pause the service at once and end it with seven days' notice.
10. Payments. If a payment fails, the service pauses until it is settled; after 14 days the service ends.
11. Results. Results depend on your market and your offer. On the growth offer you pay for the meetings that happen, and your weekly digest shows exactly what happened.
12. Ownership. Your brand, your customer list and the replies from your prospects are yours. The copy we write for you is yours to reuse, and the graded market list built for you is yours to keep. Control Flow keeps its software, templates, methods and sending infrastructure: the domains, inboxes and LinkedIn profiles.
13. Liability. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
14. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
